KLINOZYME is a concentrated trienzymatic detergent specifically designed for cleaning medical and surgical instruments and devices through manual, automatic, or ultrasonic bath cleaning.

Product advantages:

How to use:

1. Solution preparation:
   • For a 0.5% ready-to-use solution, mix 5 ml of KLINOZYME with 995 ml of potable water.
   • Use temperatures between 25–30°C for optimal efficiency.
2. Application:
   • Immerse removable and immersion-cleanable parts in the prepared solution, ensuring complete coverage of surfaces and filling voids/wells with liquid.
   • Recommended contact time: 5 minutes. For heavy organic deposits, increase contact time to 15 minutes or use a 1%–1.5% concentration.
3. Post-use Cleaning:
   • Rinse instruments with warm water under moderate spray. For visible streaks, use a soft washcloth or sponge.
   • If residues persist, repeat the cleaning procedure.
4. Solution replacement: Reuse the cleaning solution for up to 72 hours or replace it earlier if it becomes too dirty.

Warnings:

• Mixing with other cleaning agents or disinfectants is not recommended.
• Immediate immersion of soiled instruments after use prevents the drying of organic debris, which can hinder cleaning.
• After cleaning, proceed with cold chemical disinfection or sterilization based on material characteristics.

• Humectants, degreasing agents, chelating agents
• pH adjustment agents, anti-separation agents
