Sterisol® is a professional-grade disinfectant designed for long-term use across various professional environments. It is formulated to clean and sanitize surfaces, inventory items, and medical instruments efficiently.   • TP2 Classification: Surface and instrument disinfectant for wiping, dipping, or spraying. Applicable in medical, industrial, institutional, and domestic environments.

Active ingredients:

  • Didecyldimethylammonium chloride: 0.34%.
  • Quaternary ammonium compounds, benzyl-C12-18-alkyldimethyl, chlorides: 0.09%.

Instructions for use

Used as is (100%), without diluting. Apply by spraying, wiping or immersion, ensuring complete surface coverage; follow the application-specific contact times.

🔽 Step-by-step application details
  • Choose a technique: spraying + wiping with a synthetic cloth (polyester/polyethylene) or immersion (vats/container).
  • Surface dosage: 4–10 ml/m², with total coverage and an even film.
  • Cleaned and dried instruments:
    • Routine disinfection: full immersion ≥ 5 min.
    • HLD / extended spectrum (mycobactericidal, tuberculocidal, sporicidal): 60 min.
  • Rinsing instruments: after immersion, rinse with sterile water.
  • Reusing the vat solution (HLD): up to 15 complete sets or 48 h from filling.

Recommended uses

  • Surfaces: plastic, metals (painted/galvanized, chrome, copper, aluminum, 314L/316L, food-grade/industrial stainless steel), rubber, teflon, silicone, wood, ceramic, glass, flooring (concrete, tile, wood, marble, resin, linoleum, carpets/rugs).
  • Medical instruments / devices, including in ultrasonic baths.

ℹ️ Note: On surfaces, the product does not require rinsing. For instruments, rinse with sterile water after the contact time. Reuse the vat solution per these limits: max. 15 sets or 48 h from filling the vat.
