1. GENERAL

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Document”) govern the access to and use of the website, online services, and any contractual relationship established between KLINTENSIV® (“Seller”) and the User.

1.2. By accessing or using the Site, creating an Account, placing an order, or engaging with the Content, the User confirms agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. KLINTENSIV® may update this Document at any time, with prior notice posted on the Site or in User Accounts. Continued use of the Site following such updates implies acceptance of the revised version.

1.4. Any User terms or conditions that deviate from this Document shall be excluded unless explicitly accepted by KLINTENSIV® in writing.

1.5. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to Users that are either natural persons over the age of 18 or legal entities.

2. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

2.1. All offers presented by KLINTENSIV® on the Site or in communications are non-binding and subject to availability.

2.2. An order placed by the User through the Site or via any other communication channel shall constitute a binding offer to purchase the selected Goods or Services.

2.3. The order shall be deemed accepted only upon written confirmation by KLINTENSIV®, which may include issuance of a confirmation email, invoice, or delivery note.

2.4. KLINTENSIV® reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, suspected fraud, or incomplete or incorrect User data.

2.5. Any modifications to an order after confirmation are subject to Seller’s written agreement.

2.6. The User is responsible for ensuring that all information provided in the order is accurate and complete. KLINTENSIV® shall not be liable for delays or errors resulting from incorrect data.

3. DEFINITIONS

The following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Seller: KLINTENSIV®
  • User: Any natural person over the age of 18 or any legal entity that accesses the Site or the Content, either through electronic means or under a contractual agreement with KLINTENSIV®, which may include the creation and use of a user account.
  • Account: A user profile created using an e-mail and password combination that allows the User to place orders and access their history. The User is solely responsible for maintaining accurate and current information in their account.
  • Goods and Services: Any product or service listed and offered on the Site.
  • Content: Includes but is not limited to:
    • All information available on the Site;
    • Any communication sent by the Seller via e-mail or other channels;
    • Verbal or written communication provided by the Seller’s employees or agents;

    • Proprietary business information of the Seller.

7. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

Users can opt out of commercial messages at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting KLINTENSIV®. Market research conducted for service improvement will be anonymized and non-promotional.

8. USER ACCOUNT AND RESPONSIBILITY

8.1. The use of the Site and Account implies agreement with the latest version of the Terms and Conditions.
8.2. KLINTENSIV® may revise this Document with reasonable notice, and such changes will be posted clearly on the Site.

9. USER CONTENT

9.1. Users grant KLINTENSIV® full usage rights over submitted content.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Document is governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts at KLINTENSIV®’s headquarters.
